Let’s start off by learning a bit more about your life prior to Pega. Where are you from originally and what is your educational background?
My journey with Pega started in the year 2008 when I joined Cognizant Technology here in India. Prior to that I worked with Infosys and IBM as a Functional Architect on the Oracle E-Business Suite application.
How has Pega shaped or impacted your career?
It has given me an opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients and learn their business/technology landscapes. Thanks to Pega, I have lived and worked in six countries (Argentina, Canada, India, Switzerland, UK, and the USA) across three continents.

How is Pega changing the organization where you work?
I’m currently delivering a Pega project for one of the leading Media companies in Argentina where I am witnessing a huge cultural and process transformation. The project leverages Pega’s Robotics & Case Management capabilities to enable this transformation.
Pega is helping the organization to build a platform for automating their processes across different business areas and robotize repetitive tasks to reinvent the employee experience and achieve significant cost savings.
What message or advice would you give to anyone who is considering a career as a Pega Developer?
My advice to anyone interested in joining the Pega developer community is to jump on board. This platform has an extremely bright future!
