Tell us a bit about your Pega journey - What was your motivation to pursue CLSA certification?
I’ve always had an interest in emerging technologies so my interest in Pega was only natural. After immersing myself in the Pega platform, I knew that LSA certification was something that I wanted to complete in order to take my career to the next level and gain recognition in the Pega community.

What were the most significant obstacles that you faced on your path to become CLSA certified? How were you able to overcome those obstacles?
As an IT professional with more than 12 years of experience, I have an advanced knowledge of Java, infrastructure support and managed services. Three years ago, I decided to make the jump to Pega. Absorbing knowledge of the entire Pega platform from scratch over a short time period was a tough challenge. In order to overcome this obstacle, the Pega Community was my main reference point. Through self-learning exercises and developing my own prototypes by applying Pega concepts, I was able to achieve my goals of LSA certification fairly quickly.

What message or advice would you give to anyone who is considering a career as a Pega CLSA?
Pega CLSA certification will have a huge impact on your career. I highly recommend that you go through Pega trainings and utilize your hands-on knowledge gained through real-world applications as you go through the certification process.
