Tell us a bit about your Pega journey - What motivated you to learn how to use Pega?
What motivated me to learn Pega was the speed and efficiency at which a Pega developer can turn a complicated business process into a fully functioning application. This Low-Code environment changed my entire perspective on how companies can operate a business process platform in a fast, efficient manner.
How has Pega shaped or impacted your career?
Pega has made a substantial impact on my career and has helped me bridge the gap between creating applications for one single purpose and for creating applications that can be used over a wide spectrum of business processes. I couldn’t be happier with my career in Pega.

What message or advice would you give to anyone who is considering a career as a Pega developer?
The best advice I would give to someone who is considering a career as a Pega developer is to embrace the Low-Code environment and “Build for Change” philosophy. The best aspect of Pega is that you can create one very basic business process and implement that exact process over an unlimited amount of specific processes without having to recreate the foundation of the application. Learning Pega’s Low-Code platform will allow developers to accomplish tasks in minutes that would ordinarily take a team of programmers’ hours to complete.
