How has Pega shaped or impacted your career?
I was trained on Advanced Java during my first onboarding from campus to corporate and then started working with Pega in 2011. I originally started my journey as a Junior Pega Developer and over 10+ years worked my way up to Lead System Architect & Pega Advisor for my current organization. During this 10+ years, I have worked on multiple projects as an LSA and have been privileged to be part of high value digital transformation projects for multiple customers across the world. I was amongst the first 15 Pega professionals with 8.0 certification across the world to become part of the Pega CLSA Family.

What has been your most significant career accomplishment? 
Promoting the Pega Centre of Excellence across my organization where we have brought all Lead System Architects into a single group to exchange best practices and share our challenges with one another.
