Business Rules (Initial Release!)

• A new Business Rules tab is now available on workflow details for each Case Type.
• Blueprint suggests rules automatically based on the Case Type’s data model and creates starter rules.
• You can manually create rules with a name and description, then customise logic in the decision table.
• Business Rules can be used in Decision steps to dynamically fork processes.

Picklists

• Define picklist options directly within your field definition for locally sourced values.
• Coming Soon: AI-powered suggestions for picklist options.

Routing Enhancements

• Each Assignment step can now specify routing details.
• Route tasks to Current User, Manager, or any Blueprint Persona.

Notification Step with GenAI

• Subject and message fields auto-generate when you create a Blueprint or add a new Notification step.
• Edit generated content anytime using Edit Step.

Browser-Based Calling

• Call the Conversational Agent directly from your browser, or continue using your phone.
• Improved cross-region calling ensures a smoother experience.

Built-On App Logic Updates

• Previously, built-on app logic (including the Features tab) only appeared if you didn’t modify a templated functional description.
• Now: Even if you edit the functional description, the built-on app selection logic remains active for importing and selecting features.

Demo Live Enhancements

• The Demo Live button now conditionally displays based on user, event, and Blueprint industry/sub-industry.
• Users will receive an email once their environment is ready—no need to wait on the screen during spin-up.

YAML Embedded Data Support

• Uploading a YAML file with nested embedded data in the Data & Integrations tab will now expand and populate the nested structure into your Blueprint data model.
