How to hide or remove column configuration options

Users do not want to see "Combine with right" and "Customize column" options accessed via triple dot menu. See screen shots.

What is the way to remove them?

@Salil hi, those are the options that comes out ot the box, I believe there is no configuration allowing to hide it. Does it cause any issues?
