Issue with Adding Custom Label Using Dynamic Text in App Studio
I am trying to add a custom label in View → Fields → Custom Label using Dynamic Text in App Studio. However, I am facing the following issues:
When I create a Dynamic Text rule in App Studio, I am not able to add a rich text editor. When I check the rule in Dev Studio, the category is set to "Simple", and I cannot change it to "Standard" because the option is disabled. If I create a new Dynamic Text rule in Dev Studio with category is "Standard", I am unable to add it to Relevant Records, which means I cannot refer to it in App Studio. Is there any solution or workaround for these issues?

When using Dynamic Text for a field label in App Studio, the rule is created under the Simple category by design. This ensures labels remain lightweight and consistent across the UI. Because of this:
- Dynamic Text used for labels does not include rich text formatting options.
- The category cannot be changed to Standard, as Standard Dynamic Text rules are intended for instructional or additional information.
- If you configure Dynamic Text for step instructions (which uses the Standard category), you will see the rich text editor available for formatting.

@Marc Alderman I need to make part of a field label bold, and in another field, I need to add bullet points. This would be easy if I could use standard dynamic text at the field level.
