I am working with the '25 version. Within the user experience configuration settings, I have found options to customize the user portal to make it self service. I attempted to deactivate several interface components, including specific widgets and tabs. However, upon accessing the portal and initiating a process, these components are still visible. My expectation was that these panels and tabs would be hidden. Could you please advise if I have overlooked a required configuration step?
