Experience Designer

The Experience Designer works with the customer and/or partner teams to help understand the users of our software​. They identify the right problems to solve and innovate through collaboration, ensuring the team understands who they are building for and why.

Using industry-standard Design Thinking techniques alongside in-depth Pega expertise, Experience Designers work with business stakeholders, analysts, and delivery teams to drive better customer outcomes, ensuring solutions are adopted and embraced. The Experience Designer is also well versed in Pega Constellation which offers out-of-the-box, prebuilt, and pre-designed workflows, patterns, and components - working together to create productive user experiences.

Senior Experience Designer

A Senior Experience Designer will also engage in research efforts to understand people’s needs, frustrations, and motivations and help translate findings to business and experience insights​.

They collaborate with stakeholders to detail the user experience through empathy mapping, personas, and journey maps and translate them into Pega journeys. They distill complex ideas into storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes,​ and verify concepts through rapid prototyping and user testing within Pega design systems.

Lead Experience Designer

The Lead Experience Designer performs the same role as the Senior Experience Designer. Additionally, they establish overall UI strategy at the COE level throughout customer organizations, and help translate technology trends, client requests, and technical product requirements into clearly defined UI specifications​.

They have superior communication skills, the ability to create buy-in and communicate cross-functionally both with team and upper management​ and are able to lead a team of UI developers across broad multi-team engagements​. The Lead is also oversees the creation of reusable tools and assets to assist with delivery standardization​ using Pega’s offerings.
