They collaborate with stakeholders to detail the user experience through empathy mapping, personas, and journey maps and translate them into Pega journeys. They distill complex ideas into storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and verify concepts through rapid prototyping and user testing within Pega design systems.
Lead Experience Designer
They have superior communication skills, the ability to create buy-in and communicate cross-functionally both with team and upper management and are able to lead a team of UI developers across broad multi-team engagements. The Lead is also oversees the creation of reusable tools and assets to assist with delivery standardization using Pega’s offerings.
